1. What is the Creative Zone?
   The Creative Zone is our spacious and relaxed in-store scrapbook workspace.
2. Can I use the Creative Zone workspace at VIP anytime?
   We invite you to enjoy our spacious and relaxed "Creative Zone". This workspace is complimentary when not reserved for special events, such as crops. Space is available on a first-come, first serve basis so please call to check on availability.
3. What is your policy on children in The Creative Zone?
   We like to think of VIP's Creative Zone as a haven for scrappers to get away from all the distractions of scrapping at home. Think of all of the pages you can get done with no telephone or laundry to get you off task! We offer a computer, well-lit space, tons of great ideas and hopefully, a very relaxing space. You can shop while you work on each page, making sure you get all of the supplies perfect for each memory page. We will keep a tally of what is used and conveniently, you only have to check out and pay once, before you leave for home.
   Children who are age 8 or over and scrapbookers, are allowed in the Creative Zone. Thanks for your understanding as we try to keep the Creative Zone distraction free, we all know that although they can be cute, toddlers and young children can be a distraction when scrapin'. Please be
   considerate of the Creative Zone guidelines.
4. Can I use VIP's tools?
   Tools such as Quickutz die cut machine, rotary trimmer, idea books, paper punches and decorative scissors are available for your use. There is a nominal charge to use our computer and printer. We will soon have a sewing machine for your use as well!
5. How do I take a VIP Class?
   Classes must be prepaid to guarantee space. All classes and activities take place in the Creative Zone at VIP. Payment is required at the time of signup, which can be done by phone or in person at the store. Cancellation for classes must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for the class fee. Fabulous Friday and 12-Hour Crop events require 48 hour prior notification.
   Due to product availability for some classes, occasionally it may be necessary to have some minor substitutions.
6. Do you carry gift certificates?
   Sure do! We will customize a gift certificate for any amount you desire. This is a great option for a relative or friend who isn't sure what's on your wish list.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
   Due to the nature of our business, many of the products at VIP & Scrapbook Gallery do not carry Manufacturer's Warranties (paper, pens, stickers, books etc). Therefore, we are unable to give refunds on stickers, pens, books and papers and sales of these items are final. All other unopened and/or unpackaged products may be returned within 30 days along with the receipt for cash or credit card refund. After 30 days, a VIP & Scrapbook Gallery gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the return.
8. Which forms of payment do you accept?
   In addition to personal in-state checks, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery Card.
9. Will I receive VIP stamps on sale items?
   Unfortunately, we cannot offer stamps at the time we are discounting any merchandise.
